Reports & compliance Export to Excel / PDF

The Reports screen is your window onto everything you have entered - sales and purchases, who owes what, your VAT position, the statutory schedules the IRD expects, and an audit trail of who did what. Every report works the same way: set the filters, view, and export. This page lists them all and the filters each one offers.

How every report works

  1. Pick a reportReports are grouped by area (Sales, Purchases, Documents, Payments, Ledgers, Stock, Statutory, Audit).
  2. Set the filtersMost reports default to the current fiscal year. Narrow by date, customer, supplier, item, status or method as needed.
  3. ViewThe report shows as a table with totals at the bottom.
  4. ExportDownload the result as Excel or PDF - the export matches exactly what you filtered.
A few things that apply everywhere

All filters are optional - leave one blank to mean "all". Date ranges default to the fiscal-year start through today. Timestamps are shown in Nepal time (NPT). Audit reports are limited to the admin role; everything else is open to admins, creators and report viewers.
