Get help with the MISAC Mobile application and MISAC ERP platform
Use your organization-provided credentials (username and password) to log in. If you do not have credentials, contact your organization administrator or email us at [email protected].
After logging in with your credentials, go to Profile > Settings and enable "Biometric Login". You will be prompted to authenticate with your device's biometric system.
Make sure you have granted camera permission to the app. Go to your device Settings > Apps > MISAC Mobile > Permissions and enable Camera access.
The app automatically saves your data locally when offline. Once you're back online, data will sync automatically. You can also manually sync from the dashboard.
For security, sessions expire after 30 minutes of inactivity. If you have biometric login enabled, you can quickly re-authenticate without entering your password.
You have three options. (1) Submit a request from our Account & Data Deletion page - no app install required. (2) Open MIS.AC, go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account, and confirm. (3) Email [email protected] from your registered email with the subject "Account Deletion Request". Personal data is deleted within 30 days of verification. See the Account Deletion page for full details on what is deleted and what is retained for legal compliance.
Try these steps: (1) Close and reopen the app, (2) Check for app updates in your app store, (3) Restart your device, (4) Reinstall the app. If issues persist, contact support with details about when the crash occurs.
