User Password Manager

The place to change your own password. The list shows only your own account.

When to use it

After your first sign-in with a temporary password somebody gave you, or when you think someone else may know your password.

Where to find it

Setup > User > User Password Manager.

Changing or deleting a record

  1. Open Setup > User > User Password Manager.
  2. Open your row for editing.
  3. Type the new password in Change Password.
  4. Save. Use the new password next time you sign in.

Tips and common mistakes

  • This screen only ever changes your own password. To give another person a password, the owner uses the Password field on the Users screen.
  • Choose something others cannot guess, and do not share it. Two people on one login keep signing each other out.
