A narration is the short "reason" line you write on a voucher, such as "Being amount paid in cash." A narration set is saved default wording for that line, so you do not type the same words every time. You attach a set to a voucher type, and new vouchers of that type start with the set's text.
When to use it
During company setup, to create a few standard narration lines for your common vouchers. After that the wording fills in by itself, and you can still edit it on any voucher.

Tips and common mistakes
- The wording is only a starting point. You can always change the narration on the voucher itself.
- Keep the set name short and easy to recognise, because that is what you pick on the Voucher Type screen.
