When to use it
- At the start of the day or week, to plan bank visits.
- Before a cash-flow review, to see which cheques come in and go out and when.

Reports > Finance > Cheque Due Calendar. The Cheque Calendar tile on the home screen shows the same cheques on a calendar.
The fields on this screen
| Field (on screen) | What to enter | Required |
|---|---|---|

| Due To | Last due date to include. Defaults to the end of the fiscal year | No |
| Bank | The bank the cheque is drawn on. Blank for every bank | No |
Reading the result
- Action is the next step. You Deposit a customer's cheque and Present your own. Receive from collector means a collector captured the cheque and still has it (status With collector). The office must receive it first; it cannot be deposited yet. Collector to correct means the office sent it back to the collector (status Sent back).
- Bank is the bank the cheque is drawn on (blank when it was never recorded). Collector is who captured a held customer's cheque (blank for every other cheque). Both headers have a pick-list of the names in the report.
Running the report
- Set Due From and Due To.

Tips and common mistakes
- A cheque's due date is the date the party asked you to present it on (a hold). Otherwise it is the date written on the cheque.
- A collector sees only the cheques they captured.
- Reminders arrive 7 days before, 3 days before and on the due date, in the app and as a phone notification.
