The bill readings that the automatic checks would not turn into an entry until a person has looked, and the check that stopped each one. Nothing in this list was created: a reading that fails a check never became a voucher.
When to use it
When you want to know what the automatic checks are holding back and why, and to work through those readings one at a time.
Before you start
The AI document add-on has to be switched on for your workspace, and you need viewing rights on this screen. Bills must already have been read. Until a reading has been through the checks, the screen only says nothing has been judged yet.
How it works
- Four counters sit at the top: how many readings have been checked, how many would go through unattended, how many are exceptions, and the error rate on the ones that went through. The last one reads "not measurable" while nothing has gone through unattended, so you never see a flattering zero.
- What is blocking groups the exceptions by the check that stopped them: arithmetic, unresolved master, duplicate, would not write, tax not stated, low confidence.
- A check marked (not checked) is different from a failure. It means nothing has examined that check on those readings yet, usually because they were read before the check existed. A failure is a document to go and look at. A not-checked is a check to go and run.
- Click a row to open the reading. The fields are editable there, so you can correct anything that was misread. Save corrections keeps your version against the reading and changes nothing in the books.
- Approve and create the entry is what makes it real. The entry is written as a draft, and the usual required-field checks run at that moment. Anything still missing comes back by name, and you fix it on the same screen.

Tips and common mistakes
- An exception is not a rejected entry. There is no entry at all until you approve one, so nothing needs reversing and nothing is sitting in your books.
- Work the failures before the not-checked ones. A failure has something wrong with it; a not-checked one may be perfectly fine.
- You can only edit here while the reading has not become an entry. After that, change it on the voucher's own screen.
