A list of your staff with department, job title, joining date and contact details.
When to use it
As the staff directory: to check who is on the books, to hand an auditor a roll, or to find somebody's work email and job title.
Before you start
- Staff must exist in the Employee master. Department and job title are read from that record.
- You need report access for Human Resource.
Where to find it
Reports > HR & Payroll > Employee Register. It is also on the menu under ERP > Human Resource.
The fields on this screen
| Filter (on screen) | What it does |
|---|---|
| Employee | Limit the report to one employee. Leave it blank to include everyone. |
| Department | Limit the report to one department. Leave it blank to include every department. |
| Branch | Limit the report to one branch. Leave it blank to include every branch. |
Reading the report
- Status is the person's employment standing, such as active or resigned. It is recorded for reporting only and does not stop payroll.
- The report does not hide people who have left. Nothing filters on standing, so read the Status column before you treat this list as a headcount.
- Hire Date and Hire Date (Miti) are the same day in the English and Nepali calendars. The joining date is a record only; nothing is worked out from it.
- A blank Department means nobody has attached that person to one. Those rows disappear the moment you set a Department filter, so a filtered run can be shorter than you expect.
Tips and common mistakes
- If a name is missing, check the Employee master rather than the filters: someone never entered is never listed.
- The email shown is the work address on the staff record, not a personal one.
